These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mavrick Productions website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

About Mavrick Productions

Mavrick Productions is a professional photography and video production studio based at WeWork DLF Forum, Cyberhub, Gurugram, Haryana — 122002, India. We provide corporate photography, headshots, product photography, real estate photography, lifestyle photography, ad films, reels, podcast production, and related visual content services.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation and advance payment as agreed in your project brief.
• The advance amount (typically 50% of the total fee) is non-refundable if you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot date.
• Final deliverables are released after receipt of the remaining balance.
• Rates, packages, and timelines are confirmed in your project proposal and may vary based on scope.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the shoot date are eligible for a full refund of the advance.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the shoot date will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
• Rescheduling is permitted once at no additional charge, subject to availability, with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Mavrick Productions reserves the right to reschedule in case of force majeure (extreme weather, emergencies, etc.) without penalty.

Delivery and Revisions

• Standard delivery timelines are communicated in your project proposal. Typical turnaround is 5–7 business days for photography and 7–14 days for video projects.
• Rush delivery may be available at an additional fee.
• Each project includes one round of feedback-based revisions. Additional revision rounds are chargeable.
• Deliverables are shared via cloud link (Google Drive or WeTransfer). We are not responsible for files after 30 days of delivery.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

• Upon receipt of full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images and videos for the purposes outlined in the project brief.
• Mavrick Productions retains copyright over all images and videos we produce and reserves the right to use them in our portfolio, website, and social media unless you request a confidentiality clause in writing before the shoot.
• Resale or redistribution of raw files is not permitted without a separate written agreement.
• AI-generated videos or content produced using third-party tools are subject to additional licensing terms from those platforms.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project briefs and ensure all required persons, products, or locations are available at the agreed time.
• Obtain any necessary permissions or clearances for locations, individuals (including model releases), and third-party props.
• Inform us in advance of any specific requirements, restrictions, or brand guidelines.

Mavrick Productions is not liable for delays or quality issues caused by incomplete information, unavailability of subjects, or unsuitable shooting conditions outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or reputational harm.

In the rare event of equipment failure, data loss, or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to resheduling the shoot at no additional cost.

Website Use

You may browse our website for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from this website — including images, videos, or text — without our prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
